I have one letter template to be used for a bulk of recipient with different name name and address. I have linked to my database and inserted the letter template. But how can I save all the template with respective name and address as Graphic (PNG format) in once?
Kindly advise if there any better solution to save bulk pages.

To save multiple pages as graphics in one go, you can use the "Save As" feature in Label Designer Plus DELUXE. In the "Save As" window, select the "Graphic" option and choose the desired format (e.g. PNG). Then, select the pages you want to save and click on the "Save" button.
I own Label Designer Plus Deluxe version 9, and I would like to upgrade to version 12. How can we do this? Do I need to buy the software over again?

According to the information presented on the Buy page when you hover the What will I receive? menu, you are entitled to a 1 year of free updates. You can continue using the software after the 1 year of updates, but I don't think you will have the possibility to upgrade to a higher version for free which means that yes, you will have to buy the software again.
In some cases, the upgrade is cheaper because you already have a previous version, but it's best to simply ask the developers: https://www.camdevelopment.com/contact.htm
